时隔多年再次回到曾经上大学的城市找寻回忆，从好多酒店中果断选择了康莱德，所有的细节都很舒服很完美，房间很大很干净。早餐厅环境很好，服务到位菜品也很好吃。也感谢Bob提前一天打电话暖心的问候和安排，下次来北京还会选择康莱德。

房间很大，酒店人员服务也很不错，特别是床睡着很舒服。不足的地方有两点：1是电子类设备设计有点老了，电视机顶盒还死机了一次，跟现在新的一些智能化酒店比，可能old fashion的用户更加容易接受点；2是晚上打前台电话回得稍微有点慢，可能我打电话时已经10点过了吧。所以设施那里给了4分。

特别满意的一次住店，康莱德果然是希尔顿旗下高端品牌，外观设计很有创意。酒店房间很大，设施特别齐全，泡澡还有小鸭子太可爱啦
这次出行时来过生日的，特别表扬下礼宾部的Bob非常赞，沟通顺畅，还很用心地帮我们布置。玫瑰花瓣很新鲜，搭配也很素雅。 总之就是特别满意！下次还会来住～
