酒店是蛮好的，没什么可说的，好评。我要说的是艺龙aqq我是醉了，下了单一小时左右，客服打电话来说，酒店没有这个类型房间了，需要升级到套房，自行退款再下单，于是我退了原来的订单，下了新的订单，支付1718，却只是保证金，到店再付房款，而保证金并不会及时退给你！
等房间退掉了，一天以后，保证金仍没有退回，咨询客服，客服说24小时后我们才开始审核订单，耐心等待！字里行间透漏着“着什么急啊，刚24小时”的意思。在等待期间，竟然发现，24小时以后！第一次下单无房退款的1298元的账，才刚刚退回来！
就把这件事放在一边了，直到今天，9月26日，退房后的第三天，我的房间保证金才到账…感到一丝戏谑，如果我没有3400块，就住不上1700元的房间，如果我没有4700块，我就别想重新下单换房间！
在退房后我发现有个53元返现，等于一个优惠吧，我就填写了房间号等待审核，同样三天后，到账了，但它不是跟你的保证金一起退回的，是退回到你的艺龙账户，如果你想提出来到卡？对不起还要扣5元手续费…
可能是我太土接受不了这种形式吧，但是我想说，艺龙，我绝不会再用第二次，也绝不推荐别人用！
