艺龙上预定的 到店说没有大床了 升级才有大床 然后加了几百给的所谓的大床 还是俩小床合并一起的 我也是醉了 给的解释是这是超大床…我也是呵呵了！
还有去退房 当时就一个客人正在办理 我就问一下问题 告诉我要排队，又不是很多人，我还不知道等他办完再办啊，真是态度也有问题！！！真是不想再去！！！！！！

我不太明白，明明备注要求必须要大床，为啥到店前台依旧说没有大床，那既然没有大床，为什么不让我取消订单，实在是不理解，丽都皇冠的前台已经不是第一次这样，定好的房型，到了前台就会说没有，除非加钱是升级房间，但是其实酒店的房间都是一个样子，升级完没有任何区别......真的希望酒店前台少点套路吧！
