服务完全跟不上星级，客房服务电话的女生态度极差，明明可以签免责条款送的外卖纠缠了10分钟才说能送，可以理解为就是服务生懒惰。请礼宾部拿个东西拿了20分钟才拿上来，服务生送上来后耽误了客人时间不道歉，一名叫初晨的男生还说差评可以随便给，应该是酒店服务管理跟不上纵容的了。是北京体验过服务最差的五星级，不知道怎么管理的，不会再来了。

讲真很失望。
🚗 交通：很便利，南北通达，进市区位很方便，没得说。
🧹卫生：还凑合吧，但和凯宾斯基之类的还是有很大差距。
🍃环境：这个得说说。周边挺荒凉的，有工地有点吵还脏。设备老旧还有坏的。洗漱、洗浴用品居然就是快捷的水准，这真是没谁了。用了洗发水起头皮屑，直接去商场买了一瓶。房间挨着电箱，晚上有异响特别明显，屋里听得清清楚楚吵得睡不好。
🔔服务：服务员业务水平还是可以的，有问必答，办事效率高。我就是不知道了，好的你们不学和人家学收停车费，这个我也是醉了。还有就是押金退款慢，退房3天后才收到退款，这效率也是没谁了。
整体来说很失望，对不起一天1K的房价。随便换个5星都比这强。
