酒店烂的没有话说，预约的23点前入住，结果22点的时候打电话说18点以后没担保的的就不给留房间了，为什么下订单的时候不注明，为什么不在18点的时候通知，说要投诉他们马上就有房间了，设施陈旧，服务态度差，卫生也很差，简直是北京最烂的酒店，没有之一。如果看到的朋友千万不要住，千万不要住，这个酒店是专门宰外宾的，千万不要住！
