没住过这么冷的酒店，投诉太冷告知因为有暖气所以不开，服务更是不能再差，几次申请和值班经理通话都是被无视，这种酒店根本没有任何服务，我都不明白为什么还要设置值班经理岗位，有什么用呢

大早上9点 酒店楼上就有电钻的声音！特别大 特别吵！！！！给前台打了两次电话！说去问问 去问问！试问谁去住酒店可以忍受那么大的噪音！差评！
