差，建议艺龙平台这样的酒店就不要拿出来了销售了，八九百一晚的价格连个坐的地方都没有，房间小，设施差，隔壁的北京大饭店也差不多这样的价格，当初看平台上写的是戴斯酒店以为不会差到哪里去，没想到太让我失望了，把戴斯的品牌都糟蹋了

房间小，差的不能再差了，对不起这个价格，来北京最失败的一次住宿，八九百一晚的价格房间连个住的地方都没有，网上订的房间还要先交钱或者交担保金，不能退，都是坑、坑、坑、如果现场看房间估计没有几个人会住的，这样的酒店对不起戴斯酒店这称呼，建议订房的客人住隔壁的北京大饭店，价格差不多。

位置离天安门步行十分钟，位置好，其他的就不要过于期望太高

酒店位置离天安门广场步行只要十来分钟，虽然挂的戴斯管理，但是酒店设施太陈旧、房间也很小。没有办法这个位置也只能这样了

酒店位置非常好，左边王府井，右边天安门，出行方便，且清静，热水大，服务员热情，不足之处在于不是中央空调，房间里的空调太老了声音大，一楼蚊子多
