前台服务很差，明明已经预订酒店成功，前台直接拒绝办理入住，并且拒绝沟通，让你一直等，后面意思到自己工作出现错误了没有道歉，并且冷笑，就感觉不是他们自己的问题！！！！交押金只收现金，我只有微信付款他们让我自己想办法……礼仪礼仪只有仪没有礼！
