装修较为陈旧，但基本设施齐备，特别是性价比很高，在顺义算是非常合算的酒店。有个不大不小的院子，小环境不错。周边公交、地铁、餐饮及购物也还可以，几百米内均可解决。总体上说，只要不是特别苛求，一般差旅住宿绝对没问题。
