没空调，昨天降温，直接冻感冒了。淋浴是坏的。没有防水的一次性拖鞋。前台的小姐姐人挺好的

环境很好，亭台楼阁，小桥流水，还有小动物，早上八点半放梅花鹿出来，小朋友亲密接触它们，也不怕人。有胡萝卜可以喂🦌，十块钱一袋。房间还可以，睡的很安静。国庆全家去门头沟玩，找的当地最好的酒店了。晚餐没有在酒店吃，去门头沟市区找的人气餐厅，开车很方便十分钟左右的车程。酒店挨着永定河水库，景色很美。第二天去妙峰山。推荐大家。酒店大约500元，国庆节入住。我们加了一个床，180含早餐。早餐一般吧，不值58的价。

酒店设施比较老 空调那天还没有暖气。不过有特色的是有个鹿苑和小动物乐园 。小朋友玩的很开心。希望能晚上酒店的软硬件设施吧

对艺龙很无语，不知道没登录也可以下订单，有个返现，再打电话，艺龙就是说没有，不登录，一样也是你们的用户，如果不是事后电话合并了订单，连订单都找不到，可以说是了无踪迹，除了一条短信，如果当时留手机号留错了，而又是先付费过期不退的的订单，那消费者去哪里哭呢。我只能说这样的设计真是无耻之极，对艺龙表示鄙视。

给免费升级为豪华大床房。很满意。但是服务态度很差。带爸爸去他的房间，客房服务人员以为我们都住进去。还要我核实情况。有点生气。能看见梅花鹿并喂食很开心。
