一家老牌星级酒店了，离牛街很近，前台服务员很耐心地给我介绍了牛街周边的美食。入住时听説酒店还没有供暖，説实话还是有点纠结的，考虑到办事方便选择住下了，结果酒店主动给我房间配了一个小暖风设备，瞬间有种暖心的感觉。客房服务员比较有礼貌，每次都主动问好打招呼，打扫完房间还折了一只可爱的小兔子，退房时前台服务员认真询问了住的这么样。我是个人出差，总体感觉这家酒店服务不错，性价比挺高，节假日带家人出行完全可以考虑。另外，酒店位置不错，就在二环护城河边上，紧挨着一个遗址公园，还有大观园，虽説紧挨着二环，晚上还是很安静的。

设施：虽然酒店不是新酒店，但是被褥枕头包括浴巾非常舒适，不亚于五星酒店的品质。
衞生：保洁阿姨很热情，服务周到，用过的毛巾浴巾更换及时，垃圾处理及时，洗浴用品不错，整体衞生状况很好。
环境：整体印象比较好，大堂很亮堂，客房电梯边上有沙发区，酒店有咖啡厅可提供中西式餐饮，适合会客商务洽谈。
服务：值得点赞！前台小姑娘很热情，酒店各项服务提示很周到。酒店内碰到的工作人员很有素质，碰见能问好，有需要能帮忙协调。
交通：距离地铁差不多10多分钟，过三个路口好像就到了牛街，酒店周边是护城河，周边好几个公交站点，出行方便。

酒店地理位置很好，步行几分钟可达地铁站和公交车站，出行很方便。客房环境安静、衞生乾净整洁，选用的床单被套毛巾等质量都很好，晚上睡眠舒适。早餐品种丰富、味道可口。咖啡厅环境优雅，下午约了客户在酒店咖啡厅洽谈，提供的咖啡品质很不错。酒店服务人员礼貌热情，见面主动问好。对我这种差旅客人是一次很好的入住体验。

环境和房间大小都很满意，性价比推荐的，但是晚上发现被套是脏的，保洁下班了要顾客自己更换，心里有点膈应。
