真的没住过前台服务员态度这么差的酒店！
第一天入住网站上那些清楚是地下室的房型，在地下室住了一晚。很潮，很湿！
第二天重新预定的楼上房间，问前台wifi密码，特别不耐烦！ 这个Wi-Fi是需要身份证登陆的，前台没把我们的身份证认证好，还跟我们发火，说我们不会用！ **！ 真不知道前台的人是怎么培训的！ 我们是顾客嘛？？？
我从外面回来一次，问我一次住哪个房间！ 我出去五分钟，买瓶水回来，都**得问问我是住哪个房间的！ 我真不明白，你们服务员是怕我们把你们酒店拆了么？
我一个朋友来这个酒店找我，说是需要登记身份证！ 我真的没听说过来找我，帮我拿下东西，还要登记身份证的！ 我就呵呵了！
设施：被子和床全是湿的。真的没法住！
如果有朋友想住这里，我真的不建议你们来住！
