艺龙太坑d了，当时预定的时候，显示含双早，入住后告知不含早，让提供当时预定的截图，艺龙手机客户端已经更改，无法提供当时日期截图，但是找到类似截图，19日至21日标题含早，预定页面不含早，告知客服，客服承认是他们的错误，但不给解决问题，还是以截图日期不对，拒绝解决问题，让客服转值班经理，客服告知经理已经休息，说明天下午四点之前值班经理给回复，明天给回复我的早餐怎么解决？明显就是拖延到你不想解决问题了，不了了之，对于这样的客服，我不知道是艺龙客服系统一直管理不当，还是客服个人问题，故意败坏艺龙的诚信，客服编号60502，客服最后又告知经和领导商议，可以给赔付200元代金券，前面说客服经理休息了，又说和经理商议，简直就是驴头不对马嘴，前后不一，坑你们的客户，始终没有好下场的，希望大家看好页面再下单，不要让艺龙给坑了，几百块钱无所谓，但是形象你们艺龙的信誉，去哪和携程价格都和你艺龙一样，我以后还会在你没有信用的艺龙下单吗？我提供一下类似的截图，19-21日的，我订的是15-17日的房间，当时页面是一样的，标题显示含双早，预定支付页面显示不含早，真是太坑d了。希望大家尽量不用艺龙下单，艺龙没信誉
