到酒店之后，前台告诉我给我升级成商务房间，很开心的上楼了，门没打开就发现有问题，门是木门，可能是由于暴力撞击被破坏过，我实在是觉得不安全又给前台打了电话要求换房，前台喝大堂助理协商后给我回了电话换成同层另一个房间，进去之后简直和之前的不一样，好的太多太多了！我真的很生气，怎么能把那样的房间给我，提示各位客人有任何不满意一定要说出来！早上退房更是满足足退了20分钟。这给效率简直太差了！
