因为出差住丰大的机会较多，最近几次过来感觉是越来越差了 1 隔音 早上6点多被隔壁房间几个东北女人的叫喊声吵醒 2 地毯 房间的地毯已经看上去很久没有清洁 3 台灯 此次发现台灯坏了的事情 结果隔了24小时才换台新的灯过来 4 服务人员态度 下雨接伞 说到房间里面怎么不配把伞时 大堂经理很不客气而且牛*哄哄地表示按他的经验房间里没伞很正常 否则500多间房间难道要有500多把伞吗 好吧 为什么喜来登就可以每个房间都有伞？人家房间更多 大堂经理说 这是不可能的 好吧 也许是现在接待过两会的人大代表 让酒店增辉 导致酒店里的人员开始飘飘然 觉得自己不可一世了。请记住 不然你接待了谁 你还是一个服务业 没有客源就没有一切
