来北京出差常住的酒店，设施齐全，环境不错，打车出行交通也方便！4楼的中餐厅物美价廉，很实惠。大堂里有星巴克，便利店里的酒水零食价格亲民。

很满意，环境舒适，交通方便，服务周到，房间乾净整洁一到酒店，我就感受到了家一般的温暖。大堂宽敞明亮，装修风格现代又不失典雅。办理住时，工作人员效率超高，还不忘和我闲聊几句，缓解旅途的疲惫。客房内的布置温馨极了，柔软的抱枕，精致的装饰，一切都恰到好处。泳池清澈见底，像一面巨大的蓝色镜子。在这儿游泳，身心都得到了极大的放松。这样的酒店，不给五星説不过去吧?

房间环境布置很好，有专门的会客沙发。
书桌和茶水区一体化，非常方便。
隔音效果很不错，非常安静，很容易入睡。
来的时候有行业峯会签到，虽然人挺多，但是挺有秩序的??
另外，早餐非常丰盛??

网络信号太差了，手机连不上WiFi，楼层高一点信号就更弱。今天反馈后，工作人员来看过路由器，在等待问题被解决，4天流量花了不少。
入住第四天下午，我刚好把房间桌上的酒店笔带走用了，就给前台打了通电话，问能不能再送些纸和一支笔过来。结果前台直接回绝，説每个房间只配一支笔。这就很离谱了——我明明连住7晚，就算每天换房间，按这个“标配”逻辑也能拿到7支，现在只是多要一支，就被当成爱占小便宜的人拒绝？到底是我素质有问题，还是前台服务员的服务意识和素质太差？
最后还是来送纸的保洁阿姨体谅，主动多给了我一支笔。真心想劝酒店管家，管理和服务能不能多些人性化，少点刻板又不近人情的规矩？（説实话 这笔看着一点都不贵）
酒店厕所的马桶冲水效果很差，冲不乾净，我最后只能用花洒接水辅助冲刷，特别麻烦。

the hotel has a good gym and underground parking which is great in the summer.
the starbucks inside the Hotel is superb. great deco.

酒店早餐非常好，中西结合的很丰盛。房间布置齐全，床单卫生干爽，尤其沐浴，缓解了一天的劳累，酒店还有免费健身房，游泳池，台球室，丰富了自己的闲暇时间。服务上热情周到，前台接待，主动帮忙推送行李。大晚上还提了很多麻烦的要求，客服小姐姐都礼貌耐心的帮我解决，很愉快的一次住店体验.

环境干净，温馨。服务也很贴心，有专为孩子准备的儿童拖鞋，也可以加床。网络电视也可满足孩子随时看动画片的要求。附近有博大公园，晚饭后遛弯的好去处，吃的也很满意。下次会再来。
