我觉的整体感觉都挺好，我住的是标间但是很大，卫生间挺大的有个小泡池不错睡很热，适合夫妻情侣一起居住，浴室在还有个休息室真的不错，我觉得可以打9.5分！

整体环境还是不错的，之前快到酒店时出点问题，说没查到我的预订，后来给酒店又给艺龙打半天电话才解决。室内温泉池偏小，温泉水感觉不像是温泉，就跟热的洗澡水似的

晚班的男前台态度太差 有问题推三阻四的 房间放水太慢 定的温泉套房 和标间差不多一个面积 官网上说有麻将桌 结果到那说有的房间有 有的没有 搞文字游戏也专业一点吧

预订的时候写的不错网上，定了六白一晚的带屋内温泉的房，到了才知道所谓的温泉就是个很小的水池子 失望的不得了

房间挺大的 有2间 都是独立的 餐厅从前台到服务员态度都很热情 但是办理入住的服务台几个人都很恶劣 不会好好说话 没有服务意识

住的是VIP别墅标间带温泉泡池。 泡池设计的不大合理， 坐着上身和后背会露出来， 又不能躺着。 五星级酒店的装潢， 但是早餐实在是超级一般， 就是连锁酒店15-20块钱的自助。 性价比实在一般。

富来宫院里环境不错，房间一般，服务态度也一般，说是四星的但感觉不是很好？比起周围的其它酒店差一些！
