很好，我订错房日期了在艺龙网购买的，不给退好几百没了，酒店还心疼我的钱，同意我退房但是平台不让谁是规定，一点都不考虑客户，这样的平台不要再找了，以后一定要直接进店选购，不要再平台购买特别是艺龙酒店平台，一晚上没人住，也不给退。其它那个平台都比它好，酒店的很好很考虑客户的经济损失，感谢以后会直接去店里。
