在艺龙订了8月19号一天，后面直接在酒店续到25号。设施老化早餐差对于这个酒店已经不值一提，第一，先说房间，第一天安排803房间，1.窗户是关不严的，2.衣柜门是坏的，3.房门偶尔从外面打不开，要一定的力度和技巧或者找服务员才能打开，4.门里面的门栓是坏的，5.卫生间卷纸被黑墨水染了，6.夜灯坏的，7.21号我早上走时开了窗但关了灯，晚上回来发现服务员没有关窗还把灯开了，进了几只蚂蚱还有我不认识的虫子，都爬到包上了。第二天8月22号给我换房到813,23号晚上回来房卡失效，到前台做了房卡，我到楼上还是打不开，又给客服打电话，礼宾部又送了卡；24号晚上回到酒店，房卡又失效，打电话给客服，客服说给我送卡，十分钟后没动静，我只好自己下楼去前台。第二，再说服务，我问前台为什么每天回来都刷不了卡，前台先说我使用方法不对各种推卸责任，发现推卸不了责任就开始说她不知道，从始至终没有觉得他们的服务有问题，出问题一定是客人有问题就是这个酒店的服务理念，吃早餐时几个酒店管理人员后来的坐在我后面一桌，椅子一直撞我的椅子，挤得我换座位了，他们才发现是他们桌子摆歪了，餐厅服务员对几个管理人员比对客人好得多。
