这次感受非常差，提前订好的四间房，去前上午还确认过，下午两点到点被告知无房间，等了三个多将近四小时，给了一个套房一个标间，老老小小一大家被搞得性质全无，下午登山计划也泡汤。完全不能接受这种没信誉的行为！
