这家酒店的优点是离着地铁木樨地站比较近步行3分钟的路程；周边有国家发改委、国家财政部等机关，路程大概在步行六七分钟的样子；酒店向南有粥立方，餐饮价格便宜，步行2分钟的路程；富瑞特酒店服务也行，对得起这个价位。缺点是不能多开发票，酒店精品屋的价格较贵。
