环境没得说，很棒，入住的时候下雨，淋感冒了，服务人员真的超级贴心，从办理入住到餐厅都是亲切的问候，环境和酒店设施还不错，堪称一流，环境中国风 淡雅房间很棒。

这次体验很差！可能是春节期间的原因，酒店服务不到位！前台的电话一直无人接听，办入住时服务员正在微信聊天，完全心不在焉！分到的房间很不好，屋里都是小飞虫，窗帘是坏的，空调的温度上不去，电视很多台没信号，房间卫生打扫也不干净，总之，这是入住最差的一次

**，本来想离出差近点，上午打电话说没有房，说在网上定，这个**艺龙旅行网定了以后不能取消，怎么沟通都不可以，强烈建议各位不要通过微信上艺龙旅行网定酒店，定一次后悔一次，定两次后悔一辈子。再次提醒一下各位，其实我也就是觉得800多买个教训吐吐槽，希望大家借鉴吧
