这是我在北京能找到性价比最高的酒店，离天安门不远，看升旗打车比较方便，酒店升级了房间，但看其他评论赠送早餐，自己没有赠送不知道酒店是否区别对待。房间有直饮水设备。离地铁略远，不是很方便计划地铁出行的家庭。酒店内有烤鸭餐厅，评论都说好，个人口味原因，感觉质次价高

前台一位女服务员为了早攴券之事态度很凶，不作任何解释。房间实际面积和住进面积不符相差较大，挂着四星級牌子，完全不达标。早餐太差服务极不好乱糟糟的。原定五天最后勉强住了一晚。还乱说离天安门和王府井很近，其实二回事很远的，总之该酒店乱作广告，提了意见后酒店一位姓马的女主管胡弄我们客户，一点都不诚恳向我们作个道谦。反而讲了一大堆的理由，表示该店沒错。希望以后要住酒店的人睁大眼晴，不要相信一些好评，这些好评都是用小奖励換来的。太不应该了

四星级酒店就这样子，简直是太跟实际不符了。浴缸的下水有问题，洗完淋浴浴缸会累积很多水，浴缸外也全是水，无语。
