一个古老的大院，每间都有特色。安静 。有一家常驻的邻居很好。适合年纪大一点的或者爱静的人。如果是20几的年轻人估计难适应，这特别雅静。因为房间少，服务满足日常所需即可，没有那么多服务员什么的。

位置还可以，洗手间的灯坏的，楼上的灯也坏的，插头少，老房子改建的，可想而知灯光那个昏暗啊，墙纸脱离，洗漱用品全部得自备，洗手间的水出水小的可怜，加上人与人之间给人的冷漠感，性价比不高，住了这个，对北京的四合院已经不再爱了……
