地理位置还行，不过设施陈旧，看到那电视机我直接醉了，窗户对着走道不好开，白天室内基本靠灯光照明，房间隔音不好，空调外机声音吵，是本人住过的5星级酒店中体验较糟糕的一次！

酒店很古老，但是很干净，位置优越。只是中间不朝室外的房间空气不好，插电源插座不方便。服务很好从调换房间到行李送达，有个叫周恩浩的门迎很是周到。

酒店虽然设施不够新，但位置是离天安门最近的，走路可以到天安门，故宫，王府井，非常方便，特别是我们带了小孩，方便最重要。值得一提的是服务，前台的张旋，行李生周恩浩，很耐心
