请问，这是四星级酒店？房间的被子，有好多小灰毛，真的，感觉比汉庭的被子都脏。洗手池，下水管道漏水，一洗手，地上都是水。洗澡，用手持浴头洗，顶上的悬挂浴头漏水，漏凉水。最后一天续住，订艺龙，最可气，定的630的，艺龙红包40，现金付了590。不确认订单。艺龙打来电话，说艺龙帮我下单，我付644可以住，艺龙帮我操作下单，委婉的方式表达，不让用红包。大中午1点，没吃饭，和男朋友毅然决然，不住了，一肚子气。
