服务非常差劲 明知道客人前一天很晚至凌晨一点到店 第二天六点多打电话来催押金 首先办理入住的时候你没要求 不是我不付押金 这是你们的问题 其次如果你已经出错了 你要弥补 也请考虑一下客人的休息 只睡了四五个小时 打电话把客人从梦中惊醒 真的非常没有礼貌 非常不怀好意 如此差劲的服务 让人无语 不明白五星级代表的什么 请你们学习
