整体酒店体验非常不顺畅，办个入住话费了20多分钟，一个房间只给一张卡，需要多办一张房卡沟通10多分钟都没用，找前台经理出来解决又等了10多分钟都招不到人？前台经理不需要值班吗？都不知道去哪里了，客人的时间都他们来说是nothing。给前台打电话，问会议室也给错楼层，这个酒店员工基础培训需要加强。

北京难得天气那么好，没有雾霾，这个酒店地理位置很方便，门口就是地铁，去哪里都非常方便，酒店服务也特别棒，地理位置很CBD，房间很大很漂亮还能泡澡，房间暖气超足，晚上睡觉都要出汗了，适合商务和居家旅行，值得推荐。
