房间不错，性价比挺高的，就是设施稍微老点。
服务亮点：员工服务热情周到，从保安帮忙搬运行李到前台主动提供泡脚桶、黄瓜面膜等贴心服务，细节满分。早餐丰富多样，包含当地特色美食，如牛肉麪等。
硬件设施：房间乾净整洁，部分房型配备TOTO衞浴，部分楼层可欣赏张掖地标“马踏飞燕”雕塑。酒店位置便利，周边交通（打车、公交、单车）均方便。
综合评价：多次获得客人好评，尤其在服务细节和当地特色体验方面表现突出，适合在张掖旅游或商务出行的旅客。

The hotel is in a convenient location, especially for trips to the great wall. However the staff die not sowas english and it's also not really helpful. The hotel is quite dirty and had definitely seen better days. We had to change the room due to dirty carpets and previous smoke in the room. Instead of showing an act gratitude for our inconvenience, we got an even smaller room as replacement. That's not what I would call service attitude.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The floors appeared to have not been properly cleaned, with visible dirt and debris that made it feel uninviting. Additionally, the sheets were so itchy that it interfered with my sleep, making for a rather uncomfortable night. It’s surprising that such a fundamental aspect of hospitality is overlooked.
The bathroom experience was also lacking. The shower took an excessive amount of time to warm up, which is frustrating when all you want after a long day is a refreshing wash. Waiting for the water to reach a comfortable temperature felt like an unnecessary inconvenience.

The hotel is near the Olympic Stadium and a few other Beijing tourist attractions. That’s the positive.
The negative: it’s not that clean. It has a bit of a smell. For what you’re paying I would expect a better quality of hotel.
I hope the management make some changes and update the hotel.
Also the bed is not that soft.

The location is good as well as the price and their services. There are some things that needs to be fixed: the air conditioning especially and the carpet needs changing too. I would still recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is conveniently located. Lines 10 and 8 are around 10 minutes away on foot. There's a small supermarket with fruit and vegetables, apart from regular stuff, nearby.
The room is nice ans clean. They provide toothbrushes ans toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash (that's not too common fpr Beijing). There's a fridge, a tea set, ans a kettle.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only disadvantage is the sound isolation, as i could hear the lift and pretty much all the people walking and talking in the hall. It was okay for the rooms next to me, though.
