位置离北土城地铁站不远，定的商务间可是下水道是堵的，在携程投诉后换了间房，可是还是无WIFI，这点很不爽，这年头再差的房有几个无wifi的？我下单的时候可是清楚写着有WIFI的，其他条件基本和描述一致。

房间很好，但是充电器落在了房间里，第二天发现了打电话过去，服务员说如果邮寄给我，邮费是整天的三倍，问他为什么，他也不说，我说那请你帮我暂时保存一下，他什么也不说就给挂了。不是很理解。
