带老人和孩子去北京玩，服务真的超赞的，第一、酒店所有工作人员都很有礼貌很温暖，见面会打招呼。因为我的房间之前的客人刚退房，还没清理完，所以要我们等了一会，前台小姐姐还热情的请喝了咖啡。第二、酒店很安全，上楼都需要刷脸，乘电梯也必须刷卡，这让带孩子来北京玩的老母亲安全感飙升。这里想顺便提一下并没有评论中说保安翻包的事情。第三、整个酒店都是香香的，走廊里房间里也是，很干净，响应速度也快，反应问题不出半分钟服务员就来按门铃了。第四、交通也很便利，出门楼下右拐150米就有公交，5路去前门、大栅栏、天安门、中山公园、景山都是直达，再多走几步就是广安门内地铁站，更便利啦！这些我妈妈都很喜欢🙂。
唯一不足的是，吃饭真的不方便😂，孩子小，又不想搭地铁去远处吃饭，附近又没什么吃的，牛街毕竟还是清真食品多，叫了几次外卖总觉得吃的不是饭菜而是快餐。😂
