前台态度非常差，明明在艺龙上提交订单已确认，到了入住时居然被告知没有收到订单。由于是帮别人订的酒店，人家不知道怎么回事只好以350一间的价格在前台重新订的房间。不知道是酒店前台的问题还是艺龙的问题！！如果是这样，要艺龙干嘛用？！
