真心很差。我们定的套房，包含两份早餐，到餐厅一看提供的是份餐，根本不是什么自助，我问其原因被告知因为今天住的人太少了。吃的什么具体如图吧！最要命的是，上来的东西不是凉的就是鸡蛋变质了，还有包子上面有虫子，最可气的就是我们让服务员换个热乎的包子，给我们端上来以后告诉我们别烫着，我想说能烫着也行了，又是凉包子。别说这个，就连白水都没有，最后用碗给打了一杯。最后，跟他们争吵几句，服务员说了一句无奈的话，这早餐是赠送的！但是我想问了，我们470元前台现付的单子包含早餐，怎么就变成白吃你们的了。这酒店设施老旧，性价比根本没有，餐厅服务基本为零。再说句设施方面，没有方巾。。。最后，反馈到前台，处理结果是给我们退30块钱，最后我们没有接受，本来就是出差谁差你那30块钱！再说，你对外卖是30一个人，我们两个人又怎么算的是30呢！！！希望携程能跟着处理一下吧！

服务态度还可以，设备有些老，特别是卫生间的淋浴门下面都漏水，浴桶也漏水。。电视信号也不好。。
