硬件设施很好，前台指引差点。完全可以在一楼做个指引去客房的指示。晚上让送了一个牙膏，接线员和服务人员态度都很好。早餐种类尚可，但是人太多……

整体感觉不错。到店之后亲子房帐篷灯坏了，服务员来修好，以后可以提前确认设施是否正常。后来送了小玩偶和生日蛋糕。酒店泳池在维修，需要坐车去古北之光酒店游，泡温泉也免费，整体下来确实还不错

第一次去选择的埃德加酒店，这次为了节约成本选择了大酒店，但也要1490元。结果游泳池维修中，需要到古北水镇的其他酒店使用游泳池。后来离开时希望延迟退房1小时，结果前台服务员比较生硬的拒绝了，表示他家都不能延迟退房，可以提前退

酒店位置极佳，在景区内，有停车场，住宿含门票（无限次数刷脸进出）还送温泉票，含早餐，早餐非常丰富，又好吃！房间很干净！性价比超高，是景区内最漂亮的酒店了！服务细心周到，除了每天送新鲜水果外，还配了菊花，本来正愁上火了难受，这回刚好，泡上一杯菊花茶，再吃上新鲜的水果正好！
我们住了2晚，可以比较悠闲的慢慢逛，下次再来还会住这，棒棒哒！

早餐不错，有停车场，赠送了温泉票，地理位置优越，可以做景区的摆渡车，去哪都方便，价格也还行吧，毕竟赠送水镇门票了
