酒店设施不错，但是服务意识很差，服务员的服务流于表面，没有温度，尤其是餐厅的服务，上菜慢，点餐时服务员也没有告知点的菜里有三样都是汤菜，品类重复了。总之很不满意。客房里好多苍蝇和臭大姐，窗户外还有不少马蜂！以后不会再去住了。

酒店在古城最里面，长城脚下，爬长城，座游船都很近，房间设施很好浴缸很大，孩子喜欢在里面玩，早餐品种虽少但是精致，到酒店有免费的摆渡车很方便，行李还可以托运.

非常满意，地点服务都没的说。从p1停车场下车，有摆渡车送到中心，从中心领门票，门外有摆渡车直接送到酒店，酒店虽然没有温泉但会送温泉票给你，就在隔壁很方便。凭借着房卡买长城缆车票还有折扣。
