总体来说还不错，位置方便，环境也不错，房间卫生整洁。就是酒店西餐厅的服务员感觉呆呆的，我们到酒店时已经很晚了，大人孩子都饿了，大众点评威廉酒店的西餐不错就想也没想直接去了，可是点餐时才发现除了沙拉、烤肠、面包、啤酒就没有什么能吃饱的了，加之我怀孕还不想吃肉，就和服务员再次确认了一下有没有面或饭累食物，服务员很冷淡的对我说，我们这是西餐厅，我想了想就问服务员西餐厅也可以有个意大利面吧，他又很不耐烦的说我们这是西餐厅，我仍然很不理解，所以又重复问了一遍，服务员终于听明白了，告诉我我们这是德式西餐，这次我终于听明白了。所以建议大家要是比较饿，又着急吃硬和的饭的朋友就不要在哪里吃了，上菜巨慢。
