对于价位比较高的精品酒店来说，一些用品可以再好些的。比如寝具，拖鞋。设施卫生还不错的，房间里有些味儿，通风换气不够好。酒店位置不错，出入方便，环境优雅安静。就是水镇办入住和运行李都比较费劲，需要些时间。服务相对逊色，工作人员都彬彬有礼，可客服电话没打通，有事基本要亲自跑前台去找，人员的服务意识比较淡，整体服务水平跟酒店的价位和设计有些脱节。也许因为人满为患吧，店大不缺客的感觉。

带父母孩子出来玩选择了这里，入住后的感受很好。酒店位置闹中取静，院落古色古香，紧挨着河边。客房设施很好，服务人员谦和有礼，早餐种类虽不是特多但中式的样式完全能满足老人和孩子的需求。
