房间挺大的，适合小孩跑来跑去的，环境不错，服务跟不上！冬季人挺少的，还很混乱！估计人多起来更是忙不过来了！

酒店很有特色，酒店内的日式料理味道不错。服务员态度很好，就是房间内电视点播用不了，在电梯间询问工作人员答应帮忙查看，但是没有下文。anyway，还是会再次入住。

全家最爱的温泉酒店，房间很大，孩子们玩得开心，泡完温泉就在古镇内转转，除了酒店内的餐厅太少就一个日式以外没什么意见了，因为也有时不太想走出去找餐厅。
