服务差，态度不好，各项服务指标都打不到。入住以后，就感觉在七十年代北京的小旅馆一样，其实这家酒店应该算是不错的酒店，但是疏于管理，特别是服务质量上非常不达标，我觉得应该有一个好的酒店管理团队来重新管理。
