最失败的一次网购，订购的时候就说有房的，到了后给我们的就是一间霉味特别大，还没有锁子的房，跟他们前台商量后才给换了一间，结果出乎意料呀，居然是一间按摩房，墙面掉灰，卫生间没灯，主要是整个气氛特别恐怖！后来还是给艺龙客服打了电话经过一番调解才又重新换了，第三次换的才终于像个酒店了，再次真心感谢艺龙客服！

很不错的一家酒店。住宿条件好：房间很大，WIFI信号很强，网速很快。地理位置好：位于地铁刘家窑站和宋家庄站之间，交通便利，吃饭购物较方便，去各大景区很快捷，在北京这个价位住上这样条件的宾馆很值啦。尤其值得表扬的是前台服务员非常热情！
