感谢海南大厦的人性化服务，孩子高考，我们一家仨口入住两天两间房，大厦为每名考生和亲属房间送了苹果和酸梅汤，在大厅和每个楼层放了提示牌，很亲切！很温馨！服务人员也很好！特别是最后一门开考后，家长退房在餐厅休息时，负责茶艺的女同志热心免费为一些家长泡茶，很棒！再次感谢海南大厦的管理层和服务人员！

酒店很人性化，专门为高考生准备的不临街的房间，提前办理了入住手续，第二天还后延了两小时，不愧是四星级酒店的服务细节。考生家长也不用在烈日下焦急等待，中午孩子能安心休息了。一切都很顺利，感谢海南大厦！
