之前住过，觉得酒店虽然小，但是服务很不错，但是此次入住却有点失望。要求酒店提供发票和消费明细，竟然告知只有发票没有明细。可是之前入住都是提供的，前台小姐还说从来没有过，打电话给经理，经理叫我自己回家用电脑做一张明细表。退房的时候小姐还忘记退还押金，结果做了盘点才退给我的，差点误了火车。短短三个月，服务态度竟然有如此大的变化，看来以后不能入住了。
