提前在网上预定好发短信也通知了，可一到前台服务员很散漫还聊天还问住几天?都提前预定了，内容应该很详细。网上说是用艺龙预定的用户赠送一冷饮，居然无人提起兑现。信誉有问题！住的房间一般，有浴盆但是没有塞子所以想泡个浴缸浴是不可能了，那还要浴缸干吗啊?马桶盖也是坏的不敢大动一动就要掉似的.喷头也有问题，水是不小但是喷头喷水的方向向下是正常，侧面也能喷出水就不对了吧！屋里水壶的水也不知道是什么时候的水，总之不是新水，也不是很热。
