位置很好，离南锣鼓巷 北海公园 故宫 雍和宫等地都不远，骑自行车15分钟以内，周边吃的也方便，房间设施较好。但是，有个很大的问题，安全通道竟然是要刷卡才能出来。没带卡进入消防通道很容易被锁，只能从一楼超市出来。

服务不错，房间卫生也很好，周边交通很方便，公交、地铁（有点小远）都有，房间不是太大，但足够了，毕竟就一睡觉地方，可能是在暑期旺季，又是皇城根，价格有点小贵，但可以理解。总体来说值得入住。
