在酒店定了两间房，一间大床房和一间双床房。8日上午十时到店，告知大床房没有需要等待2小时，无奈先开双床房等待。随后直至当晚22时许，酒店仍没确认大床房，我和艺龙沟通后，艺龙与酒店联系后酒店才想起我们这个事。原本想取消大床房订单，但艺龙告知系不可取消订单最好还是入住，无奈又在艺龙的沟通下办理入住。9日离店后关注订单动态发现入住情况尚在审核，又联系艺龙退还担保金事宜，艺龙客服回答酒店以未查询到入住信息拒绝退还担保金。现在入住房间号和入住人员均已核实清楚，酒店为什么拒绝退还担保金？希望酒店能联系我一下说明情况。8日晚入住房间387，入住人员崔宏海。
