服务没有达到4星水准，晚上想要个暖水瓶（类似一层水吧那种），酒店方说让我们自己去管一层水吧要。OK，我们自己去，可我们下去了人家水吧说不给我们提供。4星酒店连这种事情都协商不好，让住客自己去协调。垃圾
