1.入住时北京温度有些低，当天入住后空调无暖风不提前告知，开了很久越来越冷打电话才说北京暖气停了没有暖气。
2.要被子被告知已住满，没有多余被子
好在我订了标准间，朋友有事来不了，有两床被子，但你要其他大床房的人怎么睡？
考虑非常不周到，感受极差，不会再来。
