酒店位置很偏僻，幸亏有导航，因为之前一天住的酒店空调不凉快，所以才换过来这家，谁知道入住后房间空调也不怎么凉快，正在后悔大老远跑来干嘛。后来酒店经理Amy，主动来电询问情况，马上安排升级到空调凉快的套房，还赠送早餐。根据十多年出差经验，酒店设施好是一方面，最重要还是服务人员的素质和意识，碰到客户投诉时怎么妥善的处理好。所以人员这才是酒店最重要的资产。这方面像假日这些国际酒店会有保证，普通的酒店经理像之前的xx酒店不会像amy这样主动积极解决客户投诉，只会诸多借口。

性价比挺高，虽然位置相对比较偏，但是离我到石景山办事的地方挺近的，周边谈不上什么环境，但是住着很清净，房间带阳台，但是冰箱里没东西。
