9月15日-9月18日，我通过艺龙网订住酒店，在入住酒店时发现，艺龙网在网上故意混淆视听，发布虚假信息，侵害消费者利益。艺龙网把如家精选酒店的门市价452元一晚的普通商务大床房加价195元以647元的价格挂网销售，误导消费者以为订的是如家精品商务大床房。在入住时，我发现了艺龙发布虚假信息、误导消费者的这个问题，立即与艺龙联系，要求取消订单，退还我已经支付的1941元，艺龙的售后人员说不可以退订单，但是，如果住满三天，他们会于9月20日后退给我485元。9月18号，我住满三天，离开酒店后，艺龙迟迟不给我退款，我多次打客服电话联系退款事情。期间收到一个短信，短信说多次联系我，我未接电话，短信让我打客服电话转5，我从未接电话不接，但是，我还是按照短信要求打电话过去，结果客服说，转5是携程不是艺龙。我再次联系艺龙客服，艺龙客服说正在跟踪处理，让我9月25号再联系他们。期间艺龙退回195元，和他们当初承诺的还差390元。我强烈要求艺龙退回485元。艺龙这种欺诈行为损害了消费者利益。提醒大家以后不要通过艺龙订酒店，通过他们订酒店不但不能便宜，他们还会误导客人，在门市价的基础上加价200元挂网销售。
