前台服务态度差，问什么回复都很冷漠
房间基础设施差，电源插座少而且还有坏的
三口之家入住的是家庭房，只有两双拖鞋
正对卫生间的衣橱没有门，卫生间里洗浴间没隔断，连布帘都没有
还有差评给艺龙网，勾选的是专用发票，给开的是普票

这是住过所有酒店里遇到前台接待服务人员最恶劣的一次，晚上接待入住那个男服务员好像我们住宿不给钱一样言语态度相当不礼貌，我们是交钱住宿的你们前台对待客人就是这种态度，早上退房遇到的女服务前台也是这样的态度我就搞不懂你们酒店都是这样对待客人的吗？还说让我们可以退订单不住就因为我们是在网上订的吗？
